SYNTHETIC RUBBER
From minus 50 °C to well over 200 °C – today’s synthetic rubber grades offer a wide range of applications, and have been since 1929. Today, they have become an indispensable part of industry. From car tires to rubber gloves to fuel hoses – synthetic rubber can be found almost everywhere.
Our partner WeiFang YaXing has been producing under “Hoechst” license since 1995.
In addition to grades for thermoplastic applications, rubber grades with low Mooney viscosity are also produced.
Out volume products are Weipren CPE 3135 for window profiles, PVC sheets and for the modification of PVC pipes as well as Weipren CPE 6235 and Weipren CPE 135 A for applications as cable sheaths and hoses.
In addition, the product range includes several other types with special modifications and specific application areas. We will be happy to help you select the right type for your requirements.
Chloroprene is a special synthetic rubber with outstanding properties, specially tailored to customer requirements. Compared to natural rubber or any other synthetic rubber, chloroprene rubber has a number of advantages that enable its usage in many applications. There is a variety of types, especially in the field of denatured types and latex for the production of aqueous adhesives. The special characteristics of chloroprene include, for example, resistance to ozone, heat and oil, flame retardancy, good binding power and, not to forget, ease of processing.
The raw material is used in the cable, automotive and adhesives industry, as well as in V-belts and hoses, clothing and foam rubber.
Jilin Chemical Industries, a subsidiary of China National Petroleum, produces approximately 3,000 tons of chlorosulphonated polyethylene (CSM) per year at its plant, which was completed in January 2005.
For the export, mainly CSM 40 with a MV 40-60 and a chlorine content of 35% is intended. Low Mooney viscosity types on request.
CSM is widely used in the automotive industry to manufacture industrial hoses, roll covers, cables and cable sheaths, rubber-to-metal adhesives, anti-corrosion paints and fabric coatings for various applications. NGS has been a distribution partner of Jilin Chemical since 1995.
With a capacity of over 52,000 tons of HTV silicone per year, Wynca Tinyo Silicone is one of the world’s leading silicone manufacturers.

HNBR
Unlike NBR, hydrogenated NBR elastomer has high heat and ageing resistance, which means that it is frequently
used both in sealing technology and also in dynamically challenging applications. In long-term operation , fully
hydrogenated HNBR grades can withstand temperatures of up to 150°C. Partially hydrogenated HNBR can be
crosslinked both with sulfur and accelerators and with peroxides, whereas fully hydrogenated HNBR can only be
crosslinked with peroxides.
Hydrogenated NBR elastomer – advantages at a glance:
- Good media resistance/chemical resistance
- High mechanical and dynamic strength
- Suitable for use with hot water and steam
- Ozone and weathering resistance
- Good low-temperature flexibility

In Ajka (Hungary), MAL produced 35,000 million tonnes of ground aluminium trihydrate called Alolt in various grain sizes.
The powder material is available in paper bags on pallets, big bags as well as in silo trains.
In the course of the relocation of production from precipitated ATH to IC Profil in Zvornik (Bosnia), initially only the 4 m² material is produced under the name Alolt 60 DLS. The availability is specified in silo trains or Big Bags. From 2020, the start of production of 7 m² material Alolt 90 DLS as well as 10 m² material Alot 120 F is planned.
Overall, the capacity of precipitated ATH in Bosnia, after completion of all investments, is expected to reach 50.1 Million tonnes.

Precipitated silicic acid Ebrosil
Precipitated silica is the synthetic form of amorphous white silicon dioxide and has the same chemical composition as sand: SiO2. The properties of this material are determined by parameters such as particle size distribution, porosity, surface area and purity. This synthetic material is used in a variety of applications and is indispensable in areas such as the pharmaceutical industry and ecological tire manufacturing.
Aluminium silicates Ebrosil SA 60
With the increasing demand of the production industry for alternative – and in some respects also more effective – whiteners, additives, the development of silicates began and displaced the previously predominant position of titanium dioxide. Since then, the industrial interest in this type of filling materials has not diminished and silicates have become indispensable in a wide variety of applications, such as whiteners in the manufacture of paints and printing inks, or as raw material in the rubber and paper industries.

It is an efficient, odourless, non-discolouring and non-toxic nitrogen-releasing blowing agent for use in natural and synthetic sponge rubber as well as expanded plastics. MIKROFINE® OBSH does not produce ammonia and is therefore safe for the insulation of cell cables.
MIKROFINE TSH is a chemical blowing agent for expanded rubbers which are processed in the temperature range 120-160 °C. It is used for the production of rubber compounds in the following applications
